He then asked the cook to take some guacamole off of our serving because it was "too much" before he gave it to us. I ordered ceviche and did not receive any tostadas or crackers to go with it and when I asked for them I was told that he would bring me some tortilla chips. All other places that I've dined in bring those chips as soon as they greet you. If I wouldn't have asked he would have never brought them.
